We use promise to point to the faithfulness and character of God — to what He has spoken and who He is. It is not a guarantee that every personal desire will arrive on our timeline.
We use paradise with reverence for the eternal hope God prepares. It is more than a polished life or a quick escape from difficulty; it is the promise of being with Him.
